HOTFIX : LOADING OF MODDED SKIN TEXTURES

- Modded guitar body skin textures were not loading correctly into the Paint Station's texture data table because they were being cached and destroyed before the skin selector initialized.
Some depots below may not display changed files because our bot does not own the specific depot or game.
Game can be donated with a key, by sending a gift, or using curator system.
