How to view Steam game price history?

Every game, bundle, and package page on SteamDB has a price table and a price graph right under it. For example, this link will go to Baldur's Gate 3 price history.

In the navbar, there is a search box, enter the game name you want to find, and click the game. If the game is not free, it will put you right on the prices tab where you can see the price history.

Do you know when the next Steam sale is and what discounts it will have?

Game publishers set the discounts, and they can choose any discount they want. You can look up any game on our site and look at its price history to determine which previous sales the game was discounted in. If a game appeared in all previous major sales, it's pretty safe to say it will be discounted again.

We do not know what specific games will be discounted in an upcoming sale, what prices will be, or what discounts they will have. View upcoming sale dates here or Events in our Discord server.

How often is price data updated?

Price changes are tracked in real-time as Steam updates prices. When a publisher changes a game's price or applies a discount, SteamDB detects and records it within minutes.

Can I track specific games?

Create a SteamDB account to add games to your watchlist. You can watch games directly from SteamDB or manually import your Steam wishlist.

Where can I find current Steam discounts?

Browse all currently discounted games on our sales and deals page, which has extensive filtering options including by price, discount percentage, user tags, features, release date, and more. You can also filter by your library to show only owned games, wishlist, or games you follow.

Check out Steam bundles for a list of all bundles, with filters to find bundles containing games on your wishlist or games you don't own yet.

Can I see price history directly on Steam?

Install the SteamDB browser extension to see the lowest recorded price and other stats directly on Steam store pages. The extension also highlights games you own, have wishlisted, or that are in your Steam Family on SteamDB.info.
