This hotfix improves first-time setup and fixes two issues with movement.

• Move tutorial: you can now drag items and use the keyboard placement controls while the Move step of the guide is open.
  
• Cat movement after startup: fixed a case where loading a decor could leave the cat in an invalid position and prevent it from walking. If a window covers the whole floor when the app starts, the cat can resume moving once the floor is uncovered. This also works with wall perches in place.
  
• Windows startup: new installations now enable launch at Windows startup by default. You can turn it off in Settings, and your choice is remembered. Existing preferences are preserved.
