Resolution fixes

• Fixed the match screen being cropped on monitors below 1920x1080 (for example 1366x768). The hand, HUD and team info now scale to fit the screen.
  
• The pre-match, post-match and loading screens now scale with resolution too.
  
• On monitors above 1080p, the match interface is now the same relative size as at 1080p instead of appearing small.
  
• Fixed the image becoming darker after changing the resolution in the options menu.
