A small round of fixes following the Foundation III update.

The following changes have been made to Transliminal: Beyond The Backrooms v0.0.98731a:

Tweaks & Fixes

• Smilers no longer carry over into the next level when you leave one.
  
• Dying from eating a Memberberry now plays the death sequence and revives you, instead of leaving you in an empty void.
  
• A Memberberry that remembers the Hospital or the Blacktops now takes you back there.
  
• Smilers no longer spawn duplicates over each other in Hospital rooms.
  
• Smilers have better navigation
