Greetings, bushcrafters!
Version 1.2 is officially live! I had several QoL features in the backlog. Now accessibility features hopefully make the game more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Queue crafting on the flat stone makes repeatable crafting more enjoyable. For the cold season, the new primitive deer hood provides much needed warmth. Thank you for all the bug reports and support!
If you've been enjoying the game, please consider leaving a Steam review. It helps more than you think and the best way to support a solo project like this!
New: Primitive deer hood
Added a primitive deer hood as a tier-up from the basic primitive hat. Crafted from deer hide, it provides better warmth and durability in the wilderness.

Quality of life:
Accessibility: Added an auto-walk feature. It is enabled by default and can be toggled off in the game settings. Auto-walking can be activated by pressing forward key + L CTRL (switch key). Auto-walk will deactivate when pressing the backward key, opening menus or interacting with something.
Accessibility: Hold button down in a wolf struggle. Holding the primary action button down will now automatically strike the wolf. However fast manual tapping still offers a slight benefit.
Accessibility: Added a camera smoothing option for mouse movement.
Crafting: Added a queue crafting feature when using a flat stone. Note: Queue crafting is not available for recipes that have a chance to fail.
Controls: Added keybinds for taking screenshots (both with and without the UI).
Controls: Added a keybind to highlight nearby ground resources (requires "Item highlighting" to be disabled in game settings).
Camera: Improved camera control during tree chopping. The camera rotation now remains locked to the chopping point rather than reverting back.
UI: Calories eaten will be displayed in the UI.
Inventory: Broken tools and clothing will now automatically move back to the player's inventory (if space). Earlier these were dropped to the ground.
Inventory: Clothing will now automatically equip when picked up, if enabled in game settings (works similarly to tools).

Other updates & fixes:
Update: Renamed "Dead Trees" to "Rotten Trees". Rotten trees can now also be chopped down.
Update: Farm plot now shows water and fertilizer percentages without interacting.
Update: Rock spawns were disabled during a flood. Now re-enabled.
Refined: Improved item collision detection when moving objects on the ground, making long items like tree trunks significantly easier to place side by side.
Fixed bug: Resolved an issue where wood trunk piles would glitch if the player tried to take a trunk while holding an item. This was a bug that I hunted a lot and now I got it finally fixed!
Fixed bug: Fixed an issue where a deadwood shelter could be attached to short dead trees.
Fixed bug: Fixed a bug allowing players to equip broken clothes.
Fixed bug: Fixed a bug where auto-assigned inventory slots would occasionally fail to display items visually.
Fixed bug: Fixed an issue where sleeping or passing time while a fire's temperature was rising could cause temperatures to spike, preventing items from being retrieved.
Fixed bug: Fixed a bug where players became stuck in bed if an adjacent wall was destroyed while sleeping.
Fixed bug: Fixed a bug where more than 14 items were piled from the inventory. The remaining items were not behaving correctly.
Other minor bug fixes and tweaks.
Thank you for your support, and happy surviving!
