--------【New: Myouren Empire】--------
1. The Myouren Empire is now available, with five new playable heroes: Byakuren Hijiri, Nazrin, Shou Toramaru, Murasa Minamitsu, and Ichirin Kumoi.
2. Added the unique Palankeen Ship tile, which can carry units as it moves and enable fleets to fly. Palankeen Ships can also grant this flight effect to allies' fleets.
3. Added the unique Hoshiren Home Port building, which can build and upgrade Palankeen Ships. Lv.2 and Lv.3 Hoshiren Home Ports can also build ships.
4. Added the unique Windsor Royal Dojo tile, which grants units extra Movement Action Points. When located on a mountain, it also grants Byakuren Hijiri +1 Range.
5. Added the unique Manor building, which uses environmental bonuses from granaries, farms, and rivers to develop the economy and cities.
6. Added the unique Longbowman unit, which gains extra range on dojos, mountains, and Palankeen Ships.
7. Added the unique giant unit Fog City Nyuudou, with possession and assist attack abilities.
8. Flying ships near a Palankeen Ship can use the Drop Anchor action to voluntarily change into land units.

--------【New: PVP Balance Mode】--------
PVP Balance Mode is available in both single-player and online matches. This mode is currently in early testing. The following rules apply only when it is enabled:
1. Tengu Taverns no longer grant Movement and Attack Action Points when training units.
2. Satori Komeiji loses 1 Range while below 50% HP.
3. Changing a Koakuma Priestess's form costs 1 General Action Point.

--------【Adjustments: Heroes and Units】--------
1. Made minor stat adjustments to Aya Shameimaru, Reisen, Yuugi Hoshiguma, and Suika Ibuki.
2. Kaguya Houraisan's Lv.4 Setsuna Eternity now grants 5 stacks of Full Moon, down from 9.
3. Added the unique Retire to the Woods action for the Hourai Empire's Youkai Rabbit Guard.
4. Fog City Nyuudou now reduces its host's movement speed while possessing it.
5. When attacking a Jeweled Pagoda, Fog City Nyuudou now triggers the pagoda's area damage effect instead of possessing it.
6. The HP cost of refraction by Shou Toramaru's Jeweled Pagoda is now twice the attacker's Attack.

--------【Match and Feature Improvements】--------
1. Added the Gift of Rings technology to the Hakurei Empire's North Sea Trade tech node. It unlocks the Monetary Incentive action, which grants War Loot to units.
2. Added Replay This Turn to the Training Grounds.
3. Added a natural wonder filter to advanced map settings.
4. Increased the chance for Highland Pastures to spawn animals on mountains and updated the related descriptions.
5. Improved the damage prediction UI.
6. Bubble shortcut buttons for actions such as upgrading and capturing cities can now be temporarily hidden to keep tiles more visible.
7. Improved the appearance of some icons.

1. Fixed enemy ships retaining their ship form when entering one of your Palankeen Ships.
2. Fixed your ships retaining their ship form without showing the Drop Anchor action button when entering one of your Palankeen Ships.
3. Fixed flying ships being unable to upgrade while affected by Stall or while on your land.
4. Fixed Fog City Nyuudou being able to possess Ichirin Kumoi in her hero battleship form.
5. Fixed attacks associated with Ichirin Kumoi, such as Stored Fist and Pincer Attack, still taking counterattack damage and failing to move to the target's tile after killing the target.
6. Fixed incorrect stack counts when Coordinated Target was applied to units under Sakuya's protection.
7. Fixed incorrect Hero Altar images for the Myouren Empire's Rook and Knight classes.
8. Fixed units that can traverse both land and water being unable to act on bridges before the technology for traversing shallow water was unlocked.
9. Fixed Bobby Mouse Detective being unable to carry Shou Toramaru's Jeweled Pagoda.
10. Corrected several description errors.
