What's new in v1.0.4

• Starting a table or a lesson no longer freezes the game. On some computers Windows showed "Not responding" while the table loaded. It now loads in a couple of seconds.
  
• Fixed the Calling lesson getting stuck near the end. Each lesson step now shows only the buttons you need.
  
• Fixed rare crashes when leaving a table, pressing Esc or using hotkeys while a table or lesson was still loading.
  
• If the game ever stops responding, it can send us a report the next time you open it, only if you choose to.
  
• Winning hands now show their tiles in the same groups as the card, so runs like 248 stay together.
