- New Victorian and Mediterranean looks for the House, with three models each and several paint colours. Pick them alongside Bungalow in the building style chooser, which now translates their names
- Coal plants can now sell spare power through transmission towers when Sell surplus is on. Exported coal power burns fuel, charged under Fuel Purchases, and imports and exports share the towers' carrying capacity. Imported electricity is never resold
- Fixed public buildings hiring staff and charging salaries while still under construction. Existing cities clear those premature hires at the next month end
- Fixed crime statistics adding up every past month's crimes. Crime Rate now measures one month's crimes per 100,000 citizens
- Leaving a city now shows a Saving city window and waits for saving to finish
- Improved automatic recovery when the Windows game window fails to load.
