QoL additions

• Added button to hide/show chat

  • I heard there were some issues with seeing the gameplay because the chat UI was in the way, so this should fix it

• Added ability to chat in the shop

  • This wasn't originally added because there was no room, but now Chat just starts out auto-hid in the shop

Bug fixes

• Made typing text box auto-scroll to the bottom for convenience

• Fixed chat send (button only) literally just not having any code attached

• Fixed fish feed not appearing on the chat window
