"Some people didn't like the way the game launched the first time. When landing in the Introduction Level, you don't have access to the options before skipping the intro cinematic, which is annoying if the game launches on the wrong screen for instance. Moreover, the Introduction Level didn't count as a Level, so there was an inconsistency in the Level Selection & Pause Menu options in this Level. We changed that. Finally, a New Game option is always available in Main Menu, with a confirmation dialog."
