Changes:
- Locations spawn chances are back to intended
- Also made some changes to the algorithm so you should get a tiny bit more locations per mission
- Fixed being unable to claim a room if your save file is broken for whatever reason
- Fixed visual bug with compass icon on the safe in the lobby
