v1.21 Update

Several issues have been identified and fixed in this update.

[Bug Fixes]

- Fixed several situations where the game could freeze in English builds

- Fixed an issue where the "Explore" card for discovering new meals

did not appear in English builds while playing in Japan

[Balance Adjustments]

- Adjusted duration and stamina cost for Press / Anticipation / Eagle Eye cards

- Slightly increased chance cooldown for AM position
